After two positive experiences, we have now had a very negative experience. The pizzas arrived cold, but what really annoyed me were the desserts. You can see in the photo (from left): New York Cheesecake € 3.32 Tiramisu € 3.19 Chocolate Caramel Brownie € 3.99 Looks delicious and valuable, doesn't it? I called Domino's to complain about the cold pizza and the awful and indecently expensive desserts. The boss was not there and they picked up my phone number and promised a call back from the boss. That call never came and that's why I'm writing this review now.

Very quick service. Pizza tastes good

Pizzas are always fresh and well filled. Delivery is quick and the pizza is still hot. The pizza delivery men are always friendly and, which surprised me a lot, in a positive sense, they are all fluent in German, which is not necessarily the case with other suppliers. Vouchers for online orders work perfectly. The only drawback for me would be that the muffin I ordered for over 2 euros is a factory product that is shrink-wrapped in plastic, which is also delivered and not a freshly baked product, as suggested on the website. You can usually get them in the discounter in packs of 4 for less than 1.50 euros! Not that tasty!

Incredibly rude staff. Criticism is not dealt with at all. Furthermore, Domino’s online ordering process seems to be defective. I cannot recommend dominos in any way and therefore recommend mouth-fine or smileys.

My first order from Domino! Timely and friendly delivery, really good pizza. Ingredients you can taste, well balanced. Pizza base as it should be, golden brown and crispy. I am happy to order from you again.

Normal price too high despite 5 stars, but okay with a 30% discount. Hygiene (washing hands, gloves, etc.) depends on the individual employee, but that is the case everywhere.

I ordered a pizza with pepper on it, but I checked that I don't want pepper. Nevertheless, pepper was put on me ... very disappointing. I also wanted mushrooms on my pizza, which in turn were not available

The staff is very polite, the suppliers are always very quick & the food always tastes excellent. I can only recommend! Good value for money!

Had today picked up the pizza rolls in two versions. Unfortunately, very sparsely occupied and therefore dry to the touch. We knew it differently from other branches. Sobering given the price today. But the staff on site were at least very nice and friendly. The branch itself also made a clean impression.

The pizzas came very quickly, but there is almost no pizza rim and the pizzas are generally of low quality.

Today I dared to think of it because of the good reviews of the last few days Move pizza vendors and have ordered here. So either the staff and the quality of the products has changed or the positive reviews of the last few days have been written by the employees. I can only say there are better ones in Buchholz.

Fooling with a 50% discount coupon. After choosing the two pizzas for around 25 euros, only 5 euros were deducted. Thanks to the fine print !!! Ordered anyway. Pizza 30 minutes late. Order cancelled. By the way, the last order from you. Private as well as company.

When I placed my first order I was not so enthusiastic because I had to wait a long time for you, but today it was perfect! I ordered my food at 8:15 p.m. and the pizza delivery man actually came to the farm on time, so I could enjoy my delicious pizza right after work! Simply great! THANK YOU!

The best pizza in the city! Always fresh, always fast, always nice! These whole 1-star ratings because of high waiting time on the opening weekend are so superfluous and speak for the intelligence of some people. Qualitatively unbeatable!

Today I ordered a pizza online around 8pm. After almost an hour I tried to call, only after several attempts someone answered the phone. After over two hours I called again where the pizza stays. Because according to online ad she was already on the way. The lady on the phone said that the pizza would be in the oven. Due to the far too long delivery time we were granted a discount of 10 € on the phone. When, after about 3 hours, the pizza delivery man was at the door, no one knew any more about the discount voucher or anything else. The driver is not to blame. The box of pizza was ice cold, so I did not accept the pizza. Sorry it can always go wrong, but I'm not kidding.
